Chronic and severe: rated +50 may be offered
Other: generally standard
Chronic and severe: standard with "Paralysis and Loss of independent existence" exclusion or rated +50 with "Paralysis and Loss of independent existence" exclusion
Other: generally standard
Chronic and severe: may be declined
Other: generally accepted with exclusion and with possibility of limitation on the waiting period and benefit period. Standard may be offered for best cases.
